I do believe that there should be a tourist attraction in County Clare near where John grew up. He was a National Treasure and so well loved by the world, a true beloved son of Erin..
I only met John through his writings, but his words often echo in my heart and mind. I feel like he is very much still with those of us who have read and continue to read and reread his works. He truly is a “soul friend” to those who are fortunate enough to appreciate him.
I only recently discovered John’s book of blessings. His words settle me and have become my “bible”. I wish I had met him.
